POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES : Case Management involving Utilization Review, Discharge Planning and Regulatory compliance

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license; BLS

REQUIREMENT: Greater than 2 years of Previous inpatient case management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Kaiser Experience

Case Management Certification preferred

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 7a – 530p; Every other weekend; 4 10's
